卫生部周五报告了首例疑似病例，患者是一名从刚果返回的以色列人，出现发烧和头痛症状，并在拉姆巴姆医疗中心接受了完全隔离治疗。
该部门强调，以色列尚未诊断出任何确诊的埃博拉病例。
卫生部官员 Brosh 指出，任何在过去 21 天内曾前往有埃博拉病例国家（目前为刚果和乌干达）并出现发烧症状的人，都应在家中自我隔离，并通知卫生部。
